Rafid Fadul, MD, is an accomplished digital health executive, company advisor, serial entrepreneur, and triple board-certified physician. His expertise lies in cutting-edge health technologies such as artificial intelligence, data analytics, and telemedicine to develop solutions that improve patient outcomes, streamline healthcare compliance, and drive overall efficiency within the health system.
Rafid is also currently the inaugural Chief Medical Officer for ARPA-H, the Advanced Research Projects Agency for Health in the U.S. government.
Fadul is board-certified in internal medicine, pulmonary disease, and critical care medicine and holds an M.D. from the George Washington University, as well as an MBA from Johns Hopkins University.
He has published extensively in clinical medicine, health economics, and digital health, and has presented nationally and internationally on the future of healthcare and the role of technology in shaping it.
Griffin Mulcahey is a digital health entrepreneur with over a decade of experience in healthcare innovation. Prior to joining Zivian, Griffin was the co-founder of Wheel Health, Inc., a B2B telehealth technology platform and provider marketplace.
With a background as both an attorney (HHS & Epstein Becker & Green, PC) and startup executive, Griffin brings unique insights into healthcare regulatory compliance, commercial strategy, and scaling healthcare product solutions. He has successfully navigated early-stage startup challenges, raised significant venture capital, and developed expertise in creating digital health platforms that bridge clinical and technological ecosystems.
Griffin is also a guest lecturer in Health Informatics & Health IT at the McCombs School of Business, University of Texas at Austin.
Jaclyn is a seasoned leader at the intersection of healthcare, technology, and compliance. With a career spanning both entrepreneurial ventures and large-scale health IT organizations, she brings deep expertise in information security, regulatory alignment, and product innovation.
Jaclyn co-founded Blackwell Security, a healthcare-focused cybersecurity firm acquired by Ostra Security, and has since guided product and growth initiatives at organizations including Dispatch Health and NTT. Her work has helped global enterprises adopt best practices in cybersecurity, digital transformation, and compliance frameworks such as HIPAA, FDA, and NIST.
She is widely recognized for building high-performance teams, mentoring women in technology, and fostering inclusive environments where innovation can thrive.
Vanessa is a technology leader with a track record of scaling engineering and product teams from 5 to 100+ in fast-paced startup environments. At Zivian, Vanessa leads the engineering team building healthcare’s only complete system for NP/PA compliance.
She has also served as CTO at Power of Patients and held engineering leadership roles at CarGurus and Constant Contact — experience that spans startups from early stage all the way through IPO.
Vanessa holds a BS from Carnegie Mellon University and an MBA from MIT.
